U.K.-based LGC has launched its new Health Sciences business unit, which combines the group’s sport, food, consumer safety and pharmaceutical testing activities within a single new entity. Health Sciences offers supplement customers in-house testing services, which include banned substances (prohibited by World Anti-Doping Agency), nutritional biomarkers, nutritional analysis and contaminants and residues.
